If the customer is unsatisfied with the quality of work, a free revision or partial refund is possible. Further, the customer may request for a different writer to be assigned the order. The request of refund is possible by clicking the refund button and choosing, “I am not fully satisfied with the quality of the paper. However, I accept it and will revise it myself. I request a partial refund.” If you choose the partial refund option, you are provided with the ms word version of the paper. You are required to give viable reasons and examples as back up for the claim within 14days. Also, your own revised version can be used as evidence. If the evidence provided is legitimate, an amount of up to 40% is refundable at the Dispute Department’s discretion. For partial refund of an approved last version of the order, you are required to contact our support team. This can be done through; chat, phone or personal order page. The refund claim will be cancelled if the customer fails to provide the necessary information required for dispute resolution. Partial refunds should be submitted within 14 days from the date of approval through the refund button on the personal order page.
